We are looking forward to a fun night at Botox & Bingo on Thursday, April 2nd and can’t wait to see everyone there!
We are also looking forward to supporting an organization that has such an impact on so many lives around the world. During the event, the proceeds from the bingo cards will be going directly to the Skin Cancer Foundation. But… why the Skin Cancer Foundation?
We chose The Skin Cancer Foundation as the benefactor of the proceeds of the bingo cards at Botox & Bingo because The Skin Cancer Foundation is the only international organization devoted solely to education, prevention, early detection, and prompt treatment of the world’s most common cancer. According to CharityNavigator.org, the nation’s largest and most-utilized evaluator of charities, The Skin Cancer Foundation was rated 94.38 (out of 100) based on 2 categories: financial health, and accountability & transparency. This rating shows how efficiently The Skin Cancer Foundation will use their support, how well it has sustained its programs and services over time, and their level of commitment to being accountable and transparent.
Each year there are more new cases of skin cancer than the combined incidence of cancers of the breast, prostate, lung and colon. If you notice any suspicious spots on your skin or your partner’s skin, or anything changing, itching or bleeding, schedule an appointment with board-certified dermatologist, Matthew Doppelt.
